So today let's make a very tasty and a lot of vegetables included meal. Let's prepare vegetable pulav. It is a very healthy recipes which contains lots of vegetables and fiber. It is very easy to make because we are going to prepare in cooker. So in less time we can make it very easily. Especially for the working people this recipe is very helpful. Very easily we can make it for the lunch box. Here I am giving the measurements for 4 people. So let's prepare the tasty vegetable pulav. And let's see what all ingredients we need to make it.
Ingredients :
Basmathi rice - 2 glass
Onion - 2 medium size
Tomato - 3
Green peas - ½ cup
Beans - 8 to 10 numbers
Carrot - 2
Potato - 2
Capsicum - 1 small
Green chilli - 4
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 2 spoon
Salt
Turmeric powder - ½ spoon
Biriyani masala - 2 spoon Garam masala - 1 spoon bay leaves - 2
Cardamom - 4
Cinnamon - 1 big
Cloves - 6
Oil - 3 spoon
Ghee - 2 spoon
Lemon juice of one lemon
Preparation : let's soak the rice for 30 minutes, cut all the vegetables and wash them and keep a side.
How to prepare : let's keep the cooker on the flame and add 3 spoon oil, when the oil gets hot let's add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, just fry it for 30 seconds, now add finely chopped onion and green chilli, fry well . When is turns in to a golden color add ginger garlic paste mix well. Now add finely chopped fresh tomatoes and mix well and let It cook for 2 minutes, tomatoes should cook well, to this let's add turmeric powder, biriyani masala and garam masala and mix and fry well until the raw smell goes. Now let's add all the vegetables to this and cook for two minutes. Now to this let's add washed and drained basmathi rice and mix well then add 4 glass of water, add salt to taste and add lemon juice, then for special taste and smell add two spoons of ghee mix well and finally let's add coriander leaves and mix everything and close the cooker and in medium flame wait for one visile. After the visile completely removed let's open the cooker, now we will get an awesome smell. Mix gently. Now our tasty and healthy meal vegetable pulav is ready to serve....
