Chena Mathan Erisheri
 
Chena Mathan Erisheri is a very tasty Kerala Onam recipe. This recipe can be prepared very easily. Below are the ingredients for this recipe:
 
 Ingredients
 
Chena – 250g
 
Mathanga – 250g
 
Coconut – Small ½ pcs
 
Turmeric – ½ Table Spoon
 
Green Chill – 4 Nos.
 
Geera – ½ Table Spoon
 
Curry Leaves – 2 
 
Mustard – ½ Table Spoon
 
Red Chilli – 5 Nos.
 
Coconut Oil – 2 Spoon
 
Salt – as required
 
Preparation:
 
Chena & Mathanga cut into small pieces and wash very well. Put Chena and Mathanga in    cooker by adding less water and allow to cook. Arappu – Cocount, Green chilli, Jeera & Turmeric put it Mixi Jar and crush it. Once Chena & Mathanga is cooked, smash it once.
 Now add this arappu in to cooker and mix it. Add sufficient salt and mix it.

Taka a Pan and allow to become head on a stove. Once its heated put 2 spoon coconut oil and add Mustard. Add 5 Red Chilli buy cutting into 2 pcs. Now add curry leaves.
Now pan mix put it in cooker and mix well.
 
Now very tasty Chena & Mathanga Erisheri is ready to serve.
