Apple pomegranate healthy fruit salad :



Hai Friends,  welcome to Nisha Rose Kitchen,  the magic world of cooking delicious food.  Today let's see how to prepare a quick and simple fruit salad which is very healthy and super salad for people who are in diet.  In these days everyone is trying to be fit and healthy.  This salad is very good for our health and it is very much low in  calories.  So let's see what all ingredients we needed to make this  easy and simple fruit salad.  

 



Ingredients :

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 banana
  • 5 to 6 Badam
  • Yogurt
  • Sugar or honey.  


How to prepare :

So friends let's start making our tasty fruit salad.  First let's cut the  apple and keep a side.  Then let's take out the seeds from pomegranate and keep a side.  Also let's cut the banana in to small pieces  And also let's cut badam in small pieces.  Now let's start preparing.  Take a clean bowl and add the apple pieces and then add  pomegranate seeds, also add banana to the bowl and give a mix.  now let's add yogurt to this and mix well.  Since it's a healthy salad we can add Greek yogurt to this.  You can add the plane one or the flavoured one.  Mix well.  Now add powdered sugar or honey to this.  If you don't want more sweet then you can skip this step.  Mix all the ingredients well and finally let's garnish It with badam pieces.  And our healthy and yummy  apple pomegranate salad is ready to serve.  Enjoy it with some music....
